“The River” Package 

(Base Level)

You receive a weekly check on the property including the exterior, interior, and yard. We do a run through of our checklist and send you a copy of our report with pictures.

“The Casskell Special” Package

(Premium Level)

Receive everything in “The River” Package and we will be available 24/7 for up to 2 emergency calls per month. We can help schedule and oversee any occasional repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects that you may not be able to attend. This package also includes creating a custom list of things you would like taken care of when you can’t be available. Not only that, come home to your house fully prepared, stocked, warmed up (or cooled down) to your liking the day you arrive so it feels almost like you’ve never left.

“The Locals” Package

(Skip the Frills + Access our Concierge Services)

You live here all year long and you just want to live your best “Catskill” self. Although this package does not include the weekly check-ins and pre-arrival prep, you will have access to our luxury “concierge services” and one monthly visit. We will be available to schedule and oversee any occasional repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects.
